Tai Chi for Health and Falls Prevention
NoFalls Program – this is a balance-specific program
Clients can benefit from our small group sizes, specific exercises to improve balance, individual attention within the group setting, and enjoyment from participation. Both Tai Chi for Balance and the NoFalls Program are targeted to improve balance and safety for both our current clients and members of the community. People at risk of falling or those wanting to restart exercising find these classes of benefit.
